Cancellation Policy
No call, no-shows will result in 100% charge of scheduled service.
Same day cancellations also result in 100% charge of the service scheduled.
Arrivals 15 minutes past their scheduled time cannot be accommodated and will require rescheduling— and result in a 100% charge of the service booked.
In addition, if transaction of the card on file is declined, you will be charged an additional $25 + the 100% of the service booked. You will need to contact us directly and be paid in full to have accessibility to rebook.
